White sage is known for its healing and protective abilities. It cleanses a space of stagnant energy, inviting more positive, new vibes to enter. It is purifying and uplifting. If you're feeling a little drained, smudging can help reenergize and clear out any unwanted energy lingering around.
 
Remeber to keep a window or door open when smudging to allow the smoke to leave the space and bring the unwanted vibes with it! Please use with caution and do not leave a lit smudge wand unattended. The best way to put out the amber is to smother it in either salt or sand. (pro tip- I usually only light half of the diameter each time to make it easier to put out, then light the other side next session to keep it even)
